Canoe Polo Team Building Experience

Looking for a team building activity that actually gets people out of their comfort zone? Solo In Squad Out is a high-energy water team building challenge that puts your team in kayaks, on the water, and in the middle of a real canoe polo match — no experience needed.

Organised by Xtreme Sports N Adventure (XSNA) and powered by HYDTEC, this 3-hour experience at Pandan Reservoir is designed to break barriers, build real relationships, and leave your team with a story worth telling.

Key Details:

  • Location: Pandan Reservoir, Singapore

  • Duration: 3 hours

  • No experience required

  • Suitable for corporate groups, schools, and organisations

What to Expect: From the moment you hit the water, it's team versus team. You'll learn the basics, find your footing in the boat, and before long you're competing in a full canoe polo match alongside your colleagues. It's chaotic, physical, and genuinely fun — the kind of shared experience that translates back into the workplace.
